Practice and Paddle Tour
A perfect introduction to kayaking! In this training you will spend half your time practicing and the other paddling and exploring Lake Lytle and Cresent Lakes, located in wonderful Rockaway Beach.
You will be introduced to such things as basic gear and equipment, proper kayak carrying and transportation methods, safety measures, as well as paddling and maneuvering techniques. This training typically takes place in a lake, which allows beginners and novices to interact with their kayaks without meddling from river or tidal currents. The lily pad flowers blossom here late spring through early fall!
